Overview

Ruby connects to Bayut's Push API for real-time, two-way integration. Listings publish from Ruby to Bayut, leads and call inquiries land back inside Ruby the moment they're created, and your Bayut + Dubizzle wallet balances are right there in the publish dialog — no need to open the Bayut portal. One token covers both networks.

How to set up

1. 1

   Open Bayut Pro → settings and generate a Push API Bearer token for your agency.

   In Ruby, go to Settings → Portal Integrations → Bayut and paste the token. Ruby validates it on save.

   Click 'Import via Push API'. Ruby pulls every active listing and every agent — agents matched by email auto-receive Ruby accounts, no manual invites needed.

   Click 'Sync Leads' to backfill the last six months of Bayut and Dubizzle leads.

   You're live. New leads appear in Ruby the moment they happen, and listings publish in seconds.
