Welcome to Ruby CRM, a real estate customer relationship management platform developed for businesses in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ruby CRM platform and services ("Service"). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. User Accounts

To use Ruby CRM, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all data, information, and content that you upload or input into the Service.

• You will not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
• You will not upload any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees for your chosen subscription plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our subscription fees with prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding user-provided content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Ruby CRM. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the UAE and foreign countries.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ruby CRM, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect.
