This Privacy Policy describes how Ruby CRM handles data when users connect their Facebook accounts or use any other integrated services. We respect user privacy and comply fully with Facebook Platform Policies, UAE data protection laws, and international privacy standards.

2. Information We Collect

Ruby CRM collects only the information required to provide CRM functionality. This includes:

• Leads Data – Leads retrieved from Facebook Lead Forms or manually added by users.
• Pages Data – Facebook Pages connected by users for managing ads, posts, or lead sources.
• Forms Data – Lead forms linked to Facebook Pages for capturing customer inquiries.

This information is collected only when a user explicitly grants permission through Facebook or by entering data manually in the CRM.

We do not collect any other personal data (such as profile info, messages, or friend lists).

3. How We Use the Data

Ruby CRM uses the data solely for user benefit within the CRM platform. Specifically:

• To display and organize your Facebook leads, pages, and forms in your dashboard.
• To help you manage real estate leads efficiently.
• To allow synchronization and viewing of lead form results.

We do not:

• Use data for analytics or advertising,
• Share data with third parties,
• Access or review your data manually,
• Use any data to train AI or machine learning models.

All data remains under your control and visible only within your account.

4. Data Storage and Security

• Data is stored securely in encrypted databases hosted in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) or other compliant regions.
• All communications between Ruby CRM and Facebook use HTTPS encryption.
• Access to stored data is restricted and authenticated — only the account owner can view their data.
• Ruby CRM administrators cannot access or view user data unless explicitly authorized for technical support purposes (and only with the user's written consent).

5. Data Sharing

We do not share or sell any Facebook or CRM data with external parties. All integrations are handled directly between the user's connected Facebook account and the Ruby CRM system.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

User data (leads, pages, and forms) remains stored only as long as the user's account is active. Users may request deletion of their data at any time by:

• Deleting their account, or
• Contacting support@rubycrm.ai.

Upon deletion, all stored data is permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems.

7. User Rights

You have full control over your data. You can:

• Disconnect your Facebook Page or Lead Forms at any time,
• Request deletion of any stored data,
• Revoke app permissions directly from your Facebook Settings.

8. Children's Privacy

Ruby CRM is intended for business use by professionals in the real estate sector. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years of age.
